Total Level 32000 Over
The Cash Shop says that the level requirement must be over 32000. Is this right or is this some April Fools joke?
Sadly no, this is a preventive measure to purchase this item. Basically Cash only, no credit. Even in the announcement it says, and I quote:

Besides, cumulative level restrictions only apply for Credit NX.
