Update this and female version's page

Can someone please update this page to the current equipment page format and make the data template? I was given proof on irc that this item exists in NA but I'm currently at work and don't want to spend work hours working too much on the wiki. Also, the item in-game is called "Premium Summer Newbie Wear" without the parentheses, but there is a male and female version, as well as elf and human versions.

If no one gets around to this by the time I'm off work, I'll do it myself though.
