In game the enchant scroll only shows the Lessen Mp Usage once for rank 7 lightning bolt 1~2 and doesnt mention rank 3 on the scroll ingame. Someone should mention that i dont know how to change the template

Well...sometimes the information shown in-game is incorrect. (For example, the enchant Dark Cross.) The wiki generally has all the real effects right...
