Reforge duration increase issues

It is possible to get your duration longer than your cooldown through reforges + Master title but the game does not reapply the shadow bind, and you'll go into cooldown with no effect on enemies already in a shadow bind. Wanted to put a note in here for people trying to cheese the effects. The Master Title gives you just enough time to reapply shadow bind with a .5~ second window. Tried with 1 second duration increase reforge on some shoes, and the effect went out before the monster was free, resulting in a free monster, and shadow bind on cooldown. I have yet to try it with a .5 second reforge, but you ARE able to time it perfectly to give the monster no frames of action if you use a duration 1+ Sec reforge, but the window is very small.
