Baltane Knights stats

I'm assuming the +1 str/dex/int/wil/lck from each command lvl up is permanent. Someone wanna put that in somewhere?

I don't think it's worth it. This page works best as a single resource for all the "weird" sources of stat boosts like skills, talents and arcana - since there's a lot of them and having all this information on one page is really useful for them. Command Level is just a simple +15 everything, and it doesn't need so much care.

Considering Quest-rewards are included, Command Level should probably be added though it would only really be important to include it at its Max Level of 30.
