Resell Price

The Steamed Trout from the Costume Fishing Event sells for 0g, is the resell price only applicable to the 5 star version?
EDIT: Odd, just checked a Steamed Shark Fin I fished up. Its selling for 400g as expected.

IIRC stuff made through cooking has a 0 resell to prevent abuse. This item can also be purchased, so the purchasable version of the item has an actual resell. I guess they are using a 'cooked' version in the event.
