By the sounds of it, it's just a clip from someone elses stream perhaps. The person commenting doesn't appear to be the player in the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JCK6oBufMA4
Looking at the account as a whole, there's a few things that are clear immediately:
- Antiwinning, the character in the video, is one of many characters by the poster of the video.
- Antiwinning uses mods and/or hacks, evidenced by the two previous videos.
Also, apparently people are breaking more than just bag size: count too.
