I would like proof of the Windmill and Thunder...I've tested it with a friend in rabbie basic, pretty sure it didn't work, but can't be 100% sure. My understanding is that the windmill will cause thunder to spread and hit targets it wouldn't be able to hit/the description also makes it seem the thunder will it every target (more than 5 targets) in the area.
If anyone can test this, it would be much appreciated.
