Milletian

The 7th year (or was it 5th?) milletian needs his own page. If I have time later I'll make one but if anyone wants to start it go ahead.

In the last quest in Episode 6, when Millia talks to the trio of Milletians, the dialogue says "7th Year Milletian" or something along those lines.

This guy who's running the commentary only appears in the beginning cutscene of Episode 5 and addresses himself as "7th Year Milletian" as well.
