- Before Mastering: Fullfil the requirements to reach Rank 1 <skillname>. or Meet all the training requirements to each <skillname> Rank 1 and you will recieve the title to prove it.
- After Mastering: An honorable title awarded to someone who has reached the highest level available in <skillname>.
