Additional Damage

"Only influences the 'Additional Damage' of Water Cannon that bypasses Defense and Protection."
The page for Water Cannon is very careful to state that Additional Damage "Does not bypass enemy defense and protection"
It looks like this is a remnant from a VERY old version of the Water Cannon skill.
I'm not caught up on the whole history of alchemy skills though, so I'd appreciate a second pair of eyes before I change anything.
