Banning or Lockout?

I've tried many times and I can try again. But my elf main character, Menkao, cannot be logged into. I can try with my alt on the same server and same log in screen - which I can log in to. Once I logged off of my alt (Gloryalt) and got on Menkao, it acted like it was fine. Honestly I don't know what this is not being to log in the first time I tried.
