New Black Dragon Event not on any wiki or announcement

"Black Dragon Raid" , even comes up as a normal quest instead of in the event tab no information in any announcements or on any wiki, anyone have any information? 27/06/2013

Be patient, it just came out. (Also, it's a permanent feature, not an event, Nexon is confusing people by advertizing it under that name.)
