Tarlach Server Down?

Since today's maintenance many players are finding themselves unable to see the tarlach server at all. Create a character, it's like Tarlach has been deleted. Does anyone know why?

i do know that there are errors currently on tarlach such as monsters not spawning and this appers to be a tarlach only thing. i just check ruairi and every thing is fine so nexon may have messed up tarlach.
