Australian times off by one hour.

Just a little something that bugs me but the Australian Time for announcements is always one hour behind. (To those who are from QLD this time is correct but it is not AEDT (Australian Eastern Daylight Time) as it states, which effects NSW, VIC and TAS)

I've been meaning to recreate it for a while, but I've been busy doing other stuff. Since you've brought this to my (and Aramet's?) attention, I'll prioritize this a bit more.

Also, was the time 1 hour early or late?

It was a hour earlier, but it looks like it has been fixed now. Btw daylight savings in Australia stops sometime in April.

Yeah, that's why I want to remove the australian time zone, because I will have no idea when DST starts/stops for it and such. I don't even know why I added it. I think someone suggested me to, but i don't recall.
