Are you sure you can use Shockwave with a wand?. . .

It's description says so, that's about as authoritative as you can get. It wouldn't make any sense to be a stave only skill anyway - This is a defensive manuever to un-swarm yourself, not a true intermediate attack spell.

Also, not sure whether you're leaving them off on purpose or not but the total in a skill exp table should be the default exp amount multiplied by the amount of time it may be done.
