Possible Vandalism

If you are trying to create a user page, please refer to the Wiki Policy on how to do it properly, and keep in mind you are required to have a minimum of 30 *worthy* edits to create it.

I think it's just a vandal.

Creating unrelated pages and inserting random jibberish doesn't even come close to counting as a "worthy edit".

hmm look at the rules and it said nothing about 30 *worthy* edits and im putting in what I know, so really?

First off, this isn't even directed to you. Unless you made both accounts, which I'm pretty sure is against the rules too.
