Only add resale value to an item if it is unworn. It being worn for even a second drops its durability by some decimal and changes the NPC value.

I Bought the Item straight from Lepus(NPC) and sold it Immediately without wearing it using a non-race aligned human. Feel free to test the value yourself if you don't believe me
