reforgeData

You might want to double check some of those suffix string values. Many are incorrect. :C

Yeah I've seen alot of trash suffix Strings myself wasn't sure if it was just a bug in my program or Nexon's fail translations guess I'll actually bother looking into the issue now that reforging is such significant part of the game now...

I've been doing a bit of filling in the blanks in the reforge pages manually and it seems to be your program. :C

Also, do you think I could take a look at the source of your program? I'm a bit interested in your method of extracting the names from the different .english.txt files. I haven't attempted it myself, but I'd like to see some examples first, if you don't mind.

Thank you very much for your source. I've never worked in vb, but I'll see what I can learn from this. :)

If you have any question about it feel free to ask, when I was writing it i didn't anticipate that someone other then me would have to be able to understand the code so i cut alot of corners in documentation and code readability....

I've looked into the suffix string Issue

Well, some are actually correct in the english.txt, but incorrect in the program's output. For example, Lance Charge.

You have 4 training exp suffixes, but in the english, the last 3 are

58	m Boost
59	% Boost
60	m Boost

which are the correct suffixes.

I haven't made any close inspections on the source yet, so I can't say what the program is doing incorrectly.

Really? Have you tried the latest ###_### pack and looked in the first xml folder? It's all confusing now. There are like 3 localization folders now. uuugh.

data/xml/itemmetalrealview.english.txt

Oh. Hm. I think I've been using an outdated one all this time...

Oh, strangeee. It seems my outdated one is more accurate with the suffix values than the dated one... O_o

It comes frm language.pack o3o.

I'm a little uncertain of the accuracy now, seeing that it was from 4 revisions ago. e-e. If you still want it, here it is. Sorry it's not direct download. :C

Ok I've updated the Reforge Data external Resource if you see any new inaccuracy just say

If not the ###_###.pack, then language.pack.

Auto Capture vs Capture Chance

Since it seems all autocaptures are just 100% capture chance, you can probably just put back the 100% chance and remove the auto capture column to save some space that could be used for something else.

hmm yeah only auto captured monsters have a 100% capture chance would have thought their would be at least one non-autocapture that had 100%...
Anyway I might as well remove that column we can easyly just say in the notes "Monsters with 100% capture chance are automatically obtained" of something like that

Just out of curiosity is their some way of mass uploading images seems like such a pain to manually upload 500+ shape shifting icons(not that I plan to until actual release)

Laden (talk)22:58, 10 November 2012

Unfortunately, not. Unless you want to bother Saiyr to ask him to add an extension.

Other than multiple tabs of the upload page...not really no.

S•A•R•I•A (talk)23:03, 10 November 2012

That's ok it shouldn't take too long to upload them all, I was more just curious that's all.

Playing Instrument Default Music

I noticed that you decided to delete the Default music page, and so I wonder if the scores are kept elsewhere?

You said that it was more of a forum thing; is there a link to where this would be if it is on the forums?

In that case, would you be able to upload the page somewhere for download if not on the Wiki?

And it does help with trying to find out exactly which ranks each song is when training the skill.

Starpaw704:08, 8 May 2012

I recreated the page User:Laden/Default_Song_List It was an old copy so im not sure if the songs will actually play or not but it should still act as a reference to song ranks.

Laden04:18, 8 May 2012

Thank you a bunch!

My final question is: what difficultly is 16 and 17 exactly?

If there wasn't songs higher than your rank, it'd be really hard to train skills, specifically the huge successes. So that's why there are songs of higher difficulty than your rank can handle.

Also, why not just readd it back to the page?

Pyro - (Talk)12:30, 8 May 2012

hmm guess I could readded It I just figued it went against one of the unwriten wiki policies to have that kind of stuff on the wiki... then again could just be I wasn't meant to create a sub page on a non user page...

Laden15:23, 8 May 2012

Oh? You were forced to move it?

Pyro - (Talk)16:33, 8 May 2012

I never actually asked Ikkisuki why she decided to move it and suppress redirects I just took it as a hint that the content was not deemed appropriate to be on the playing instruments subpage or have any links leading to the page. I figured the only reason it wasn't delete was so I personal still had a copy of it.

Laden17:27, 8 May 2012

Ikkisuki is male.

opps sorry my bad I fail when it comes to writing sentences when i don't know the persons gender...

Stamina Values

Remember to remove the "※ Consumes x stamina per swing." at the top of the table after you add the stamina parameter. (Don't rely on them because they are wrong sometimes.)

Pyro - (Talk)19:25, 29 May 2012

Alright guess I might as well remove them we don't really need both.

Oh I know, just letting you know for after this. Thanks.

Pyro - (Talk)19:59, 29 May 2012

Ok that's as many entries I can add your own your own when it comes to splash data.

If it helps here it should just be copy and paste using this…

Laden20:39, 29 May 2012

Oh wow, thanks! This is very helpful.

Pyro - (Talk)21:02, 29 May 2012

np it was a massive time saver with when it came to adding stamina data thought it might help others too :)

Resale Value

Only add resale value to an item if it is unworn. It being worn for even a second drops its durability by some decimal and changes the NPC value.

Pyro - (Talk)17:57, 19 March 2012

I Bought the Item straight from Lepus(NPC) and sold it Immediately without wearing it using a non-race aligned human. Feel free to test the value yourself if you don't believe me
