Well
- It's a converted file. The policy asks for pure png files.
- It's taken outdoors. Policy requires images to be taken indoors.
- It has outline rendering on. You need to turn that off.
- We generally don't allow black and white, unless default colors, due to the fact that it disrupts the visibility of certain details. Though we don't mind people uploading them, because it's better to have something rather than nothing.
