The missing acts

Is there any information at all regarding the acts that are missing (in terms of chronological order) from the currently available skills? (3, 5, 8)

They don't exist. At all.

I'm aware, but is there no info anywhere on potential implementation? It strikes me as a little odd to skip numbers is all

I wonder if Korea or DevCAT have anything against numbers. After all, they did temporarily remove Dice Tossing.

In the case of its existence, it would have to fit the little story that's being told. From what I seen, the act skills kinda highlight the best parts of the story...the other stuff could more than likely be filler.
