Then for each skill type this coding filled out:

}}
When your done listing your skills finish with:
{{SkillTableFooter}}

One last question, how do I make titles on my page, such as: Tips/Helpful Strategies.

There's a list of templates for user pages, like that skill table, at Category:User Templates.

As for headers, you use this:
== text ==
=== text ===
and so on. Experiment with them to see what they do.
