GIF Animations

May I ask what program you're using to make your gifs? o.o

I recorded with Mabinogi, then edited in Sony Vegas, cropped it there, saved it as an .avi still, then used www.gifninja.com to convert it to an .avi, edited it with GIMP to crop it.
