Isn't 50 Int = 1% Reduction the same as 100 Int = 2% Reduction, just halved?

And if each 50 doesn't change it, but each 100 does? Use that brain of yours, assuming there is one.

50:1 as 100:2, yes. But that doesn't mean every 50 adds 1%. It could still be increased in increments of 2%.

How does 100:2 apply but not half of it? That doesn't really make sense.

Reduction = Floor(Int / 100) * 2

Too complicated for me. Please solve for me. It's my math homework.
