In the case that you upload an image and it seems rather distorted, you can either hit Ctrl+F5 to refresh the page, or use the drop down menu and click on "Purge." Purging the page will force the most recent edit to appear.

As far as pages marked as a stub, it rather depends. If you feel that there's enough information on the page that would separate it from being a stub, Simply delete the "{{stub}}" tags and it will automatically remove the page from the stub list.

No problem ~* just remember that some pages can't be expanded further than it is. It doesn't mean the page will remain a stub, but it also means no further information can be inputted.
