The wiki has image policies, you can read them here.

• All images must be taken in natural PNG. The mabinogi screeshot option takes everything in jpg. A guide can be found here.
• All images must be taken indoors.
• All images should be taken without any animated poses. This can be avoided by equipping a handicraft kit.
• If you're uploading for a specific item, that item should be the sole concentration and no other equipment should be worn.

Didn't realize it with your first uploads, but all images must have outline rendering disabled. Which should be in your options.

Also, your images are still converted jpg files, did you read the guide and follow its steps?
