The short answer is yes.
Here at MWW we try to use .png whenever possible because it is a lossless format which often comes with higher quality than .jpg files (which is what Mabinogi's standard screenshot function uses)
Of course, .png screenshots should be taken externally, and not by simply changing Mabi's image extensions from jpg to png.
