It is not tradeable and you cannot sell it to a shop.

Limitations

• Cannot be sold to NPCs.
• Cannot be sold to others.
• Cannot be sold in the Auction House.
• Cannot be traded.
• Can be dropped.
• Cannot be stored in a pet.
• Can be put in the bank.
• Can be withdrawn by other characters.
• Can only store items that can be equipped in an equipment slot.
• Can only be accessed from a player's inventory.
• Only one may be used per character.
• Only when empty can it be stored in a bank or dropped.
• Cannot be used to set up a Personal Shop.
