Since it's fossilized, the magic power seems to have escaped the armor.
Even though it looks quite creepy, this does not eminate the same unknown power other pieces seemed to exude.

- Receive from Seumas during the Dark Knight Quest Acquire the 3rd Piece of the Armor.
