Basic Info

• The Girgashiy are gigantic divine creatures created by the Prophets through the use of humans. They are one of the primary enemies of Chapter 6, and are a part of a larger group of unknown creatures called the Apostles.
• Girgashiy are created from living host humans. They are said to be volunteers that the Prophets have convinced with promises of power.
• The Girgashiy have four forms, each one more decorated and powerful than the last.
• Girgashiy is the Hebrew word "גִּרְגָּשִׁי". It is one of the ethnic groups mentioned in the Bible that the Israelites are told they must remove or eliminate from their holy land.  
• Girgashiy is vulnerable to Crusader Skills.

Notes & Advice Notes In addition to its base protection, it also has a passive damage reduction which reduces damage by 75%. Girgashiy's Staff Swing is the only skill with a fixed damage, others having a (%) based damage calculated on the player's Max HP. It will use Mineral Hail approximately every 40 seconds, dealing damage of 50% of the player's Max HP. This can be lowered by Shield of Trust. It will frequently cast Holy Contagion on the player if its HP is between 5%~79.99%, reducing the player's HP by 5% of their Max HP per second for 5 seconds. It will frequently use Fanaticism if its HP is between 5~59.99%, grabbing the player for a few seconds then smashing and throwing the player very far, dealing high damage and wound. NPC Archers and pets can constantly hit Girgashiy to free the player. Advice It is good to bring a Cylinder in one of the gear slots to counter Holy Contagion with Life Drain if available. Players may lower Girgashiy's protection by any means possible (Ex: Spinning Uppercut, Bone Dragon pet summon, etc.) for better damage output against the Apostle.

Notes & Advice Notes In addition to its base protection, it has a passive damage reduction which reduces all damage by 98%. Girgashiy's Staff Swing is the only skill with a fixed damage, others having a (%) based damage calculated on the player's Max HP. It will use Mineral Hail approximately every 40 seconds, dealing damage of 25% of each player's Max HP. This can be lowered by Shield of Trust. It will frequently cast Holy Contagion on some players if its HP is between 60~79.99% and 5~24.99%, reducing the player's HP by 5% of their Max HP per second for 5 seconds. It can be spread to others, if they enter the purple circle. It will frequently cast Holy Confinement on some players if its HP is between 40~59.99% and 5~24.99%, confining each player in a crystal and wounding 4% of the player's Max HP for 10 seconds. Crystals have a 200HP and can be shattered by squad members or pets. It will frequently use Fanaticism if its HP is between 20~39.99%, grabbing an aggroed player for a few seconds then smashing and throwing the player very far, dealing high damage and wound. Squad members and pets can constantly hit Girgashiy as fast and with many hits as possible to free the player. Advice It is good to bring Fast Guns in one of the gear slots to counter Fanaticism. Players may lower Girgashiy's protection by any means possible (Ex: Spinning Uppercut, Bone Dragon pet summon, etc.) for better damage output against the Apostle.

It will frequently cast Holy Confinement on some players if its HP is between 55.00~69.99% and 25.00~34.99%, confining each player in a crystal and wounding 8% of the player's Max HP for 10 seconds. Crystals have a 600HP and can be shattered by squad members or pets. It will frequently use Fanaticism if its HP is between 40.00~54.99%, grabbing an aggroed player for a few seconds then smashing and throwing the player very far, dealing high damage and wound. Squad members and pets can constantly hit Girgashiy as fast and with many hits as possible to free the player. It will frequently use Soul Absorption if its HP is between 5.00~24.99%, summoning all players' souls to it, then absorbs them all for self healing and instantly kills every player who got their soul absorbed. Players should hit their souls to keep them from getting close to Girgashiy so it doesn't heal and they stay alive. Each absorbed soul heals 2% of Girgashiy's Max HP. To stop him from absorbing souls, the squad needs to deal damage of 840x the number of squad members (Ex: 13440 damage if full squad). Advice It is good to bring Fast Guns in one of the gear slots to counter Fanaticism. It is good to have a Master Party Healer in squad or at least a good healer to avoid unnecessary deaths on the squad. Players may lower Girgashiy's protection by any means possible (Ex: Spinning Uppercut, Bone Dragon pet summon, etc.) for better damage output against the Apostle.

Notes & Advice Notes In addition to its base protection, it also has a passive damage reduction which reduces damage by 96%. Has much stronger skills: Staff Swing has a wound rate of 100%, and can deal very high damage around 600-750. Mineral Hail's casting pushes players a further distance. Holy Contagion has a significantly larger spread radius of 800 and a faster tick rate of 0.75 seconds. Holy Confinement's minerals have significantly higher health and defensive stats. Fanaticism can deal upwards of 700,000 damage and gains an buff which reduces damage received to zero if successful. Soul Absorption will heal 7% of its maximum Health per soul. Summons Mineral Wolf and Mineral Boar, when its health is below 91%. Summons three Girgashiy Fledgling when its health is below 31%. Girgashiy Fledgling have 250,000 Health and runs a bit faster than Girgashiy (Normal Form). Advice None

Notes & Advice Notes During the first phase, it is immune to damage. Simply hold out one minute, and it will be vulnerable in the second part. Advice Avoid the first phase by running far away from it. During the second phase, you can simply let Avelin and Talvish deal with the Girgashiy if you cannot handle it yourself.
