I am always a bit confused about the different bag types, so i wanted to ask, if i have already one of the buy-able shop bags from the npc-stores, can i use all 3 event-bags or can i only use the Lorna's Adventure Bag and would have to replace the npc shop bag with lorna's or pan's 10th anniversary Bag?
By "NPC shop bag", do you mean this bag? If so, I imagine you can have it at the same time as Lorna's Adventure Bag. I have the Item Bag along with multiple other bags including Carasek's Bag and the two Luxury Equipment Bags.
If you're talking about a Personal Shop Bag (like the Lorna or Pan's 10th Anniversary Personal Shop Bags), I believe you can only have one of those in your inventory at a time. I once had a DevCat Personal Shop Bag and had to get rid of it before I used my Tia Personal Shop Bag coupon.

You can only have one bag that can run a shop. That 8x6 can run a shop so you can't have it at the same time as one of the anniversary 10th bags.
You can use a Lorna's alongside an 8x6/10th though since Lorna's is not a shop bag.
