Is Enn deserving of a spot within the Local NPCs tab on this page? Her situation is similar to that of Shamala's, and Shamala is certainly listed on Cor's page.

Super late to the party with Starbucks, but I think she is. She's integral to a questline there and is quite a fleshed-out character.

Liar! I just got to Abb Neagh and it says "Bard Camp" at the easternmost section of the lake on the minimap!
