Anybody know where this shield comes from?

Some...gachapon from a long time ago. I believe it was the Beltia map thingy but could have been later. I also remember a treasure event having this as well.

As far as drop locations, no known source has been found.

Confirmed with an in-game screenshot, it is called Bronze Shield Gem Upgrade 1, requires 100 proficiency, costs 1100 gold, uses up a 1.0+ cm Topaz, 3.0+ cm Jasper, 5.0+ cm spinel, and is performed by Nicca. As I'm a new wiki user, I didn't want to add this myself, yet.
