Confirmed. I've seen the NPC in game. She is one of the few that has an English name--Haven923 16:11, 20 March 2010 (UTC)

Should it be noted that Cliona is in the banner for Mabinogi Maintenance?

Maybe as a trivia, but surely not in her description.
