Does the critical bonus apply to Summoned Golems?

I doubt it applies to summon golem at all. Your cylinder has no effect on summoned golems, afaik.

I doubt it does as well, which is why I asked. But your cylinder does have en effect:

Does anyone know if this one is even implemented in NA yet? I haven't seen it at all on Ruairi.

Yes it does. It's the very last upgrade to be discovered IIRC.

I have it on my EQ Cyl.
