Define Dual wield? :o can u actually dual wield puppets in battle? :D --Marthian 23:49, 25 September 2010 (UTC)

Yes, you can dual them in battle. The .pack files tagged them as "twin-swords", but it does not use the swords animation, instead its the same as bare hands. It also seems to be glitched. When you punch a target once, the target will get hit once and the damage is displayed. But after a delay, more damage is inflicted on the target and its not displayed (this is the second puppet's attack) and the monster doesn't appear to be stunned by it. If a monster is defeated by this invisible damage, their hp will black out , but it will still be standing there (but dead and untargetable). Not really recommended as serious weapons since they hit extremely slow, its only slightly stronger than bare hands, and it costs a bunch to repair. But they are SO GAWSH DARN CUTE :D --Dias 22:33, 6 October 2010 (UTC)
yes, they are so darn cute XD maybe they'll fix that bug cuz that sounds like it will be interesting for elves :O Marthian 01:03, 1 January 2011 (PST)

New Category for puppets

Although these things are technically swords, I believe there is such a significant difference between puppets and swords(repairs, gestures dual weldable by all races) to warrant being part of both the sword category and a new puppet category. What do you guys think of the idea?

That seems justified and doable to me. Along with a Puppets List page. However, if the Puppets category will go inside the swords category seems to be based on if they get a bonus from Sword Mastery or not.

yeah i was just basing them being swords since all puppets are in the swords category already and them being tagged as "twin-swords" in the pack files(see above topic). Unfortunately puppets are a little too out of my price range for me to check which mastery the puppets recontribute training points towards, they sure don't look like you could slice things with them like a conventional sword...
