So I just found out that you can get info on the various squires interests by talking to Shuan and trading 2 baltan seals.

Other than that, Elsie doesn't appear to give any clue as to what she wants to talk about.

Here are conversations I've logged with her so far by keyword: (O means good, X means not interested, and B means bad)

It's a fixed sequence.

Can you perhaps explain the sequence?

Is the sequence number random per day? or does it go off how many times the player has successfully talked to the squire? if the wrong answer is given does it still go to the next sequence?

Normally everyone starts at number 1, and you just follow the sequence from there. I think triggering a special conversation causes it to skip 1. But it should not reset ever, after 97 it just starts back at 1.

If you've already done part without the chart you're gonna have to spend some time trying to figure out where you are in the sequence, can't really help you there.

Alright, so it doesn't jump around, just keep track of where you are, that helps a ton.

Okay, for those that come here and start using the chart, here's how it works:

If you haven't started conversations with any of them, you're on sequence #1.

If not then talk to Shuan and find out what the character you want to raise like level on wants to talk about (view shuan's info), that will give you an idea at what sequence you are on if you don't already know. For Elsie, you may have to do this after each one a few times.

If for some reason, you get a hint (does not work for Elsie, may just have to try at random for the higher reward specials if you're going to) that does not line up with the sequence you are on, then go to the "Special conversation" chart on the right and choose the correct ending. This will lead to a special conversation that raises like level more.

Special endings will take the place of the sequence you're on, so if you were on sequence # 17 (which the hint should have been playing) when you got the special hint 'cooking' for Eirlys, then when you talk to her again you will be on # 18 with the hint Training.

Another tip: You don't advance in the sequence if you don't choose the correct keyword.
