Raven Gladius
Whats up with the purple/pink/whatever Raven Gladius? Saw someone with it today. What does it drop from? And is the Raven part an enchant? Just would like some info.--Js16 22:21, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
- .............. raven is an enchant. Gladius can be found colored in NPC shops much more often that any other sword--Sozen Cratos Focker 04:34, 31 May 2009 (UTC)
reference
how do you make reference like that?
- <ref>linkorwhatever</ref>[1]
- Then references go in the <references /> part. --Kevin 22:57, 25 January 2009 (UTC)

Upgrade Sequence
Can somebody add this upgrade sequence to the upgrade list? i'm not really sure how to format it in. it's too advanced :D, and i don't want to mess up the entire page trying Gladius Upgrade Sequence Ranald's Gladius Enhancement – 34,500 Annealing 2 – 6,000 Annealing 3 – 10,000 Nicca's Gladius Modification – 16,200 Nicca's Gladius Modification – 16,200 Total – 82,900 End Stats – Damage: 45-67 Critical: 0% Balance: 49% Durability: 8 Legokiller91
Crafted grades
I just saw a gladius for sale which was made by a rank 1 crafter with the stats I've posted on the main article. However, I've also noticed several variations on this grade, including variations in grade from the same rank 1 crafter. What's the wiki policy on listing crafted grades? Is it best to list as many grades that are seen in the wild, or only the most common? How should these grades be named, seeing as the crafter rank obviously isn't the only variable?
- Generally, the "weapon grades" table only lists base and monster drops. The short sword page has a table for blacksmithed grades, I guess you could copy that if you want to add one to another page, but i really don't think it would worth the space. Rank of the crafter has nothing to do with the stats of the weapon, the signatures on the items are just there so they can show off. There is a table of crafted weapon grades at the bottom of the Blacksmithing List, read that to understand more about crafted grades. I think that a signature on the item means it's s grade or higher.--Sozen Cratos Focker 03:27, 8 August 2009 (UTC)
- Okay, so what does the weapon grades table actually apply to? The short-sword grade list diverges from it, and the Gladius grade I encountered does not match any of the table's rows either. Also, how can you tell what grade weapons are, in order to build an accurate table?
- i'm pretty sure that table applies to any smitted weapons. i'm guessing that the values in that table are either the average values, or just wrong because they were taken from JP wiki through Google translator(usually messes up numbers). i don't think there is a way to tell what grade a weapon is after it's made except by checking the stats.

- forgot to mention in the first reply: what grade a weapon turns out is determined by how well the crafter does the finishing minigane. maybe it tells them the grade after they finish that minigame, but i don't know since i don't bs yet.--Sozen Cratos Focker 03:51, 9 August 2009 (UTC)
- You can't actually tell weapon grades for sure in-game without modding and those mods no longer work. With Blacksmithing and tailoring, it only tells you how different the stats are from a stock item.--Mystickskye 11:37, 9 August 2009 (UTC)
- i think those mods can still work for about 2 minutes before the client crashes. long enough to check whatever you needed to know.--Sozen Cratos Focker 19:01, 9 August 2009 (UTC)
- The only mod I know of that shows production grade doesn't work at all.--Mystickskye 07:55, 10 August 2009 (UTC)

Incorrect Spirit Weapon Stats.
Ego gladiuses have 32% crit by the time their luck is level 15. I'm not sure where else they may be wrong, but this is one problem for sure. --Enrheida 07:32, 15 October 2010 (UTC)
