Does it ever affect production/gathering successes? I can clearly see Speed gathering is.

Yes; it helps with all three.

On the skill icon screen, at r7, I see it saying I get +4% production bonus, but the effects turn out to be +3%...

Similar issue, I have rank A, and I get Production +3%, Gathering +2%. I think those two values are switched in the table, but I don't have every rank's data to support that theory. Anybody else?

I think Collection Rate is supposed to be Gathering Speed and Gathering Speed is supposed to be Max Gathering Speed Boost (from party member count). Am I the only one who thinks that is the right way to make it in the table?

Oh right, I forgot about this page. I also did a little research on it but I never got to fixing up the table. I know for a fact that the table was wrong, though. Atm, too lazy to check, so I'll just wait to see if anyone concurs with your statements first before I change the table up. to make sure it's right. :p.
