This page could really use a damage vs rank table. It is a bit late for me to start one, but the damage seems to be going up exponentially. From what I recall while ranking, rA or r9 might have been 50-100 or 100-150, r8 I think was 150-200, r7 was 250-300, r6 is 500-750. Impressive increase r7->r6, though I wonder what the rest of the ranks are like.
hi Sir,
To be safe, I placed r8 and r7 as ? in case my screenshots got messed up at those ranks xD Those ranks are hard to follow because I leveled my dragon on a 2x exp event, so the levels rose up so quick that I couldn't take a decent screenshots on early levels. The dragon reached level 55 in 1 hour, then 30 mins for the last 5 levels. We leveled our dragon at lions and I have a leveling partner, so I couldn't tell her to stop a bit for me to take photos, she just killed all the lions on sight xD
I hope someone can have a better screenies on r7 and below. I also missed my r2 screenshot, the printscreen key didnt work for some weird reason.
r7 was correct so I'm re-applying, just r8 and lower I'm not sure of. Also added r2 due to 5x exp event, heh.
Anyone else notice that the damage that it says isn't the damage it actually does? The damage it actually does compares to the thunder dragons breath. My ice dragon has r5 ice breath and rank 6 crit. Now from what it says in game it should do 600-900 damage, but I notice it does way more like 1200-1800 like the thunder dragons breath attack says. When my ice dragon crits with ice breath it does like 3200-3700 damage or so when i use it on neutral element monsters. But with the damage saying 600-900 damage, that shouldn't be possible at all when crit only adds +105% damage. That would make it about 1900 damage or so max.
In theory, the final damage may be effected by the int stat of the pet as it is a magic skill.
Ice breath may have a high modifier.
Okay, lets do this. Please provide screenshots of the dragon's skills damage at ranks and completely redo the table, damage-wise.
kk, edited. From now on, nobody edit damage values of this skill without providing images of it in this thread.
Now the table is mostly empty though... Better to have the table filled and correct it later where needed, than empty and useless. I didn't save screenshots, though I wrote down r7 through r1 here as I was leveling my dragon. Please edit those values back in.
It's better to have 100% accurate information than a table filled with possibly incorrect information.
It was 100% correct, I just can't prove it with a screenshot. I was entering the values in the wiki table every time my dragon gained a level.
Not accusing your values of being incorrect, accusing the old table. It's better to remove the old table and make it look empty until we get screenshots.
Chances are Nexon stuffed up the skill info on the skill windows…
- EDITED to remove reference of game files
Doesn't necessarily have to be in the pack files. Damage is server sided, after all. That being said, if skillleveldescription is incorrect, then only the Nexon Servers have the true data.
Edit: Ninja'd
figured it was likly stored server side most of the important data gets stored there... atleast we get some cool stuff stored client side.
- pokes DevCat* common DevCat store monster stats client side I want to know how stone imps can do such epic wm damage...
It doesn't NEED to be stored client side I was just saying it would be convenient if it was since then we may be able to get accurate(hopefully) data on the monsters skill ranks and stats naturally it's never gonna happen.
Estimates are good enough for practical use anyway, not like I'm gonna use a different strategy if a monster actually has 40,010 HP verses an estimate of 40k HP…
Not really, I'm actually not sure if that is the correct file. All I know is that it's stored in pack files too now. (At least in Korea.)
