so I saw Minimori (not sure if name is right) in Dunbarton CH1 of Alexina, the ones the screen shot are of, and she had the blue skin but without the crown equipped. View equipment was on, and it wasn't in the fashion or normal slot. She had incubus horns on, how do you do that? something I am missing? something to do with the Dressing room maybe?

i THINK there was some event were users could get permanent blue skin a long long time ago.
