You...can cook with this, right?

I don't see any details confirming it on wiki, though perhaps it seems apparent. Can you use the life exploration knife for cooking?

Can it be used as a giant weapon to inflict protection loss on kitchen dungeon monsters? Does it add any boosts to cooking at all?

Is it possible to dual wield?

Yup. I saw a picture of a guy dual wielding 'em.

You get this knife from a quest. You get the quest sometime after eating 100 different types of food.

The quest calls for you to eat 150 different types out of the available 170. So fill out your Cooking Journal 150/170.

The quest also gives 2 AP.

Just got the knife. It's 3 tall and 1 wide. 0~4 damage and 12 dura.

Has an enchantment "Life Exploration"(?) Gets stronger as you get more journal entries.

At 151 entries it's +42 max and +15.1% crit.
