Does the 400 bonus damage after skill multiplier get affected by critical multiplier?

To my understanding and severely short time using these (About 14 seconds...), It is: [[[Atlatl damage range + enchants + javelin + str bonus] + 400] * [atlatl skill mulitplier] * critical bonus]

I think I'm missing something or did my math wrong. I suck at math.

I can safely confirm (after another 7 minutes of throwing...) that it seems to add 400 after the skill multiplier and will indeed get calculated into critical.
