1. How do you transform using the outfit? I don't see "Ghost Cat" or "Ghost Leopard" anywhere in the diary.
2. I heard it benefits from Transformation Mastery/Diary stats? The person mentioning it didn't say which +% bonus though.
3. Can you attack/use skills while transformed? If so, which skills?

2. As far as I can tell, it's similar to NPC transes. You get the accumulated bonses from the Transformation Diary, but it doesn't come with its own Life/Str/Whatever percent bonus for being the active trans.
3. Same skills as normal transformations; Smash, Counter, Defense, Windmill, Rest. Caveat: You can transform with any weapon equipped, but if said weapon can't use certain skills or make melee normal attacks, your trans will lack those skills or be unable to make melee normal attacks.

What if you attack while dual wielding / chef's passion?

You make two attacks, but only see one, and if the "second" hit is the finish it's kinda buggy.

it's possible that's just an oversight, since most (all?) transformations have you wielding the dream catcher. MORE IMPORTANTLY are the equipped weapons stats added to your attacks while transformed? While riding attacking mounts, your weapons add to your mount's attacks.

Nothing should affect the animations though. Ghost cat uses cat animations, ghost leopard uses tiger animations, no animation for windmill (lol spinning horses!).

My guess is that the trans uses the stats of your weapon, with the transformation bonuses added on. It does that with the dream catchers.

Can the cat/leopard really use windmill? Then again, Ghosts have it and don't have an animation for it.
