Odd, if the Specters used Windmill (i think they did) in the Cutscene, then how come they cant use it during combat... strange. ~ Shadowboy132

They can--I got N+WM'd by a Fighter, and it took out the whole party. I added Windmill to their attack moves and added the N+WM in the additional hints area. I'm not sure about the Leader or Warriors, since I was disconnected right after using my Nao, but I'm sure they have the skill too. -- Price
