Does anyone know how rare this book is to get from Fishing and Barri? Maybe estimated percents?
Well, fishing I have used well over 1.2k bait and never have come across the book. I'm not sure on Barri. So I'm guessing it's very hard to obtain.
Ideally, you are better off running Barri...it's not overall hard to run it (if in a decent party) but caution is advise. As for fishing, it helps to get it to 5 and have that item piercing rod for an increased rate. It is possible as my friend snagged one the other day...it took him 8K bait while training Fishing ranks 9 through 2.
