The in-game name for it is "Traditional Tir Chonaill Costume". So why was this moved here?

Remember that in the case that the item CAN be sold at an NPC and is in perfect condition, the resell value is 10% of the selling price. Also, the resell price that is put on an item page assumes that it is in perfect condition. Therefore, this item has a resell price of 18,000g. If this is not the case, please tell me otherwise.
