Some of these items can have higher item grade versions (from upgrading, dropped by monsters or obtained by some other method) which are not ineffective weapons. However, at the very least, the base item grade version must be an ineffective weapon. |

The warnings are based on the items max attack. If the max attack is 8 or higher no warning will appear. Therefore higher grade or upgraded ineffective weapons will have no warning. |
