Up to 3 hits

I've been able to strike thrice on normal shadow mobs.

Also FYI Dante, back then Act 7 did 550% * 4 = 2,200% damage, and the 4th hit wasn't to difficult to achieve if I remember correctly. Now it does 25% less of that of that and its more difficult to have the 3rd hit, hit.

That doesn't mean they actually tried to balance it though. That skill is still by far the most OP skill in the game right now. Everybody knows this so I just laughed at how you worded it.

Overpowered yes. Balanced? ehh blame those multipliers.

haha...it might be late (and obviously going crazy), but I seriously doubt it goes to 5000% like that o-o....

If it hitted 9 times, it would, but it doesn't. Unless you mean critical hit.
