Can it be traded?

So the products of alpaca fur cannot be traded as far as I know, but can the fur itself? If I had to guess I would say no, but there isn't any clear indication one way or another.

Fur can not be traded to other players and is account bound.

o - o a friend just told me that one of her friend gave her furs.

I would know. I have an Alpaca. You sure it wasn't one of the bags?

She said. "I have 400 furs now, thanks to a friend."

That is quite strange...I doubt people can just randomly shear a person logged into their alpaca. Investigation pending.

The Alpaca Wool Collection Pouch, is it tradeable? If so, maybe one could put the furs in the bag and then trade it.
